Last month, Portland based The Decemberists announced the official release of Here Come the Waves: The Hazards of Love Visualized, a collaboration between the band and four filmmakers, Guilherme Marcondes, Envelop member Julia Pott, Peter Sluszka and Santa Maria - each of whom have created an animation to accompany a section of the music.

The DVD is available on Itunes (US) or the band's webshop. Moreover, they used Julia's illustration for the cover image. How sweet!
