1. How do I add an item to my cart?

Just click on the blue ‘add to cart’ button on the preview page. On the top right side of the screen, you’ll see your action being indicated.


2. If I add an item to my cart, do I buy it automatically?

No. Consider it to be a supermarket situation, where you can add thing to your trolley, but where you haven’t bought a thing until you’ve proceeded the checkout and payment procedure.


3. How can I remove an item from my cart?

Enter your cart by clicking the cart symbol on the top right side of the screen, and then click on the blue 'Remove'-button behind the product. It will be removed immediately.


4. If I’ve added an item to my cart, can I change it afterwards?

Yes. You can either delete the item, our change the number of items you desire to order. Enter your cart by clicking the cart symbol on the top right side of the screen, and than adapt it the way you want to.


5. Can I order by phone or email?

We’re sorry, we don’t take orders by phone, nor by email.

Every order should be completed within the closed circuit of online payment. There's a good reason for that: it's the one and only way we can guarantee a correct royalty compensation procedure for our members. 


6. Do you have subscription options?

No, not yet. We might add this option in the future.

1. I’m checking out. How can I make changes to my order?

You can either delete the item, our change the number of items you desire to order. Enter your cart by clicking the cart symbol on the top right side of the screen, and than adapt it the way you want to.

 

2. Can I save items in my Shopping Cart and purchase them later?

As long as www.envelop.eu stays activated on your computer, your items are saved in your shopping cart. It’s even possible that they stay in your cart after closing the site, but only if you enabled cookies.
Anyhow, we recommend you to save your favourite items in your wishlist. There they can always be recalled by entering your email-adress.


3. Can I reserve an item using my shopping cart?

Well, the thing is, you don’t have to reserve anything. Unless indicated with a date on the preview, or products can’t get sold out, because they’re only made the moment you order it.


4. Can I combine different orders?

We consider an 'order' the action of actually finishing the buying process by executing an online payment. That's 1 order, no matter how many items it consists of. Different orders will always be shipped separately.


5. Is there a time limit on checking out?

No, there isn’t.


6. Why do I have to enter my email-address?

We send you a confirmation email after you’ve paid your order. This email contains all relevant information about the shipping of your order. We also need your email address in case we have to contact you regarding your order.


7. Do I have to enter a password?

No. To shop on Envelop, you don't have to be registered - so you don't have to remember or enter a password. Just enter your billing info, and your shipping info in case it differs from your billing address. Done!

However, you will receive a password after your first purchase. The next time you shop at Envelop, select 'I am a returning customer' and enter the password: the form will be completed automatically.

Note: This is just optional - in case you forgot the password, just complete the form manually, and you'll receive a new password.


8. How do I edit my contact and shipping information?

You can overwrite your shipping and contact-data anytime you want to, in Step 1 of the checkout process.
