1. What method of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal. 


2. Is online payment on your site safe?

Your credit card transactions are 100% safe. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) which encrypts your credit card information. We always use the industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving data exchanged with our site.


3. Is this site secure?

Any personal information given to Envelop.eu will be protected. Your information will not be disclosed to any third parties. Envelop.eu's server will secure your personal information with up-to-date firewall and encryption techniques during the ordering process.

In order to protect customers to the fullest extent, Envelop does not store your credit card information at any time.

To assist you in recognizing secure areas of the Envelop.eu website, a small lock icon will appear in your web browser. When this icon is present, and in the locked position, you know that information on that page will be secured.

Added online security to protect your personal information from unauthorized use is provided by using advanced SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption.


4. How will I know that my order was accepted?

On the Order Confirmation page you will be asked to click on the 'Yes, I confirm my order'-button. This will finish the payment procedure. As soon as you're redirected to the next page, you're order is accepted.

Don't try to accelerate this process in any way - because this might result in a procedure error.


5. When will I be charged?

This fully depends on your Visa or Mastercard account.


6. Is there sales tax on my order?

All prices include 21% Belgian VAT.


7. Can I stop by your warehouse and buy stuff?

No, since there’s no warehouse. All items are produced on demand, so there is no stock to choose from.


8. Can I place an order online and pick it up?

No, since you’ve already paid for your shipping during checkout.


9. Will I receive an order confirmation after I have placed my order?

Once you have completed your order we will send you a confirmation email to the email address you completed in Step 1 of the checkout form.


10. I placed my order and didn't receive an email confirmation. Should I place another order?

If you completed all the steps of the checkout process and submitted an order but didn't receive an email confirmation, your order was likely placed. Do not place your order again because it may result in a duplicate shipment.

Be sure to check your spam folder for the confirmation email and add Envelop to your safe list for the future.

11. My order is a gift. Will the receiver ever see the invoice?

No, the order confirmation is only sent to the email address of the person that ordered the item(s).

 

12. Where can I find a record of my purchases? 

Because you don't have to be registrated to buy at Envelop, we can't issue a purchase history


13. I forgot to add an item after I finished my order. Can I still add it?

We're sorry but we're unable to add to your order since we don't store credit card information. You will have to place a new order for the additional item.

3. What's a Payment Service Provider?

A Payment Service Provider (PSP) offers merchants online services for accepting electronic payments by a variety of payment methods including credit card, bank-based payments such as direct debit, bank transfer, and real-time bank transfer based on online banking. Some PSPs provide unique services to process other next generation methods (Payment systems) including cash payments, wallets such as PayPal, prepaid cards or vouchers, and even paper or e-check processing.

In many cases, the PSP will fully manage these technical connections, relationships with the external network, and bank accounts.
